Rear Patio
Project Details
Service Type
Polyurethane Concrete Lifting
Location
St. Albert, Alberta
Client Problem
Due to poor drainage, the rear patio had settled creating a negative slope into the structure and a trip hazard at the steps leading into the doorway.
Our Solution
Drilling 3/8” small holes between grout lines in the decorative slab, we injected polyurethane foam, filling voids, and lifting the pad to its original height. The trip hazard was eliminated, and positive slope was restored to direct water away from the home. Holes were patched with a matching mortar and became nearly invisible!
