The owner of this commercial/warehouse was looking for an effective way to fix the concrete floor of this nearly 40,000 sq. ft. space It had become pitted, cracked and rough over the years (30 plus). The current state of the floor made it difficult to run forklifts and pallet jacks smoothly over the floor. Concrete Resources completed a through inspection of the floor and created a custom plan to completely rehab the concrete both functionally and aesthetically. An aggressive grind was completed to remove contaminants and loose concrete. Some sections of the slab required a specialized cementitious overlay to fill in pop outs, low spots and uneven surfaces.
