Our client was moving into a larger office space that needed a “few” renovations! Flooring was high on the list and polished concrete was requested…. What would we find under all that flooring?

Removing the layers of flooring was completed first We found the concrete slab to be in great condition and proceeded with a medium/full rock exposed polishing process. Many different techniques and steps were used to polish the floor to a high gloss.
FACT: The surface shine and durability is created through multiple steps of progressively higher grit diamond tooling. The sealer penetrates the slab for protection but in no way contributes to the shine.
